You would think that 50 has more than enough money from his catalog to no longer lead a life of criminal intent but apparently not! Luther Campbell's (Luke from 2 Live Crew) lawyer is suing the star for copyright infringement. Amazingly, "In Da Club" starts off, "Go, go, go, go. Go, go, go shorty. It's your birthday. We're gonna party like it's yo birthday." Campbell's song, "It's Your Birthday," states, "Go, Derrick (then several other names), it's your birthday. Go, Derrick, it's your birthday. Go Freddie, go, go, go. Go Freddie, go, go, go. It's your birthday." Could he have copied? Yeah, but we don't give a damn. In any case, 'Best Friend' sounds like all the other ballad's that 50's released but it is by far the best track released off the 'Get Rich or Die Trying: Soundtrack.' To be honest, while listening to it, I feel like he jacked Biz Markie...Damn, fiddy, when you gon' learn?
