T.I. returns in fine form with second single 'Why You Wanna...' Not only is this song reminiscent of Q-Tip rapping the hook on Janet's 'Got til' it's Gone,' but it justifies that songs can use blatancy and not overdue it. The subtlety to this track is far removed from first single, 'What You Know,' but this laid back groove is enough to appreciate till' summer wades over. Here's to another R&B chart topper...
