Sadly, Ray J's most successful hit is over. Now he is back to being the mediocre R&B vocalist that he deserves to be. Honestly, 'What I Need" would have been a great song if it were sung by someone else, but because this artist decided to tackle it, it will go no where. I can't even say that it will do well modestly for him on the R&B charts. In any case, if he releases 'Melody,' he may have a chance at Top 40 radio again.
