Special: Grammy Nominations 2005

Nominee List

It's that time of the year folks, Grammy Nominations 05'. There's only but so much one can predict at this time, but as usual, I will try!

Album of The Year -

• Mariah will definitely get into this one guys, it undeniable, Kanye West will also get in. I am going to go out on a whim and also say Gwen Stefani, but please, tomorrow morning, don't curse me for it...

Record of The Year -

• 'We Belong Together' of course, John Legend 'Ordinary People', Kanye/Jamie 'Gold Digger'; 'Candy Shop' by 50. I'm going to also say that Gwen may get something here too...

Song of The Year -

• It's Mariah's year guys, 'We Belong Together'! John Legend may be able to pull something with 'Ordinary People' and I am going to say, Kelly Clarkson with 'Since You Been Gone' and because the Grammy's love country, maybe that 'Bless The Broken Road' by Rascal Flatts.

Best New Artist -

• Undoubtedly John Legend, maybe Ciara, maybe Fall Out Boy, Fantasia and possibly, just possibly Trey Songz. (If only Gwen and Kelly could qualify for new*)

Final Thoughts:

• Mariah and John Legend will probably be huge this year.
• Christina Aguilera will take Mariah's place next year but may get a nod for Herbie Hancock's, 'A Song For You' this year.
• Be on the lookout for Kelly and Gwen to duke it out in the pop categories.
• Destiny's Child may actually end up dominating R&B cause their leaving,
• Readers, Mariah will recieve 4 or possibly break the record and win 6 for most Grammy's won in a night by a female...It'll be about time!
