Young Rome ft. Marques Houston - For Your Love


Using the same backdrop as Trina's 'Here I Go Again', the sample from 'Tender Love' (Force MD's) is making a huge comeback this year. Young Rome sounds fresh as he takes the song to a place that Trina didn't, but Houston's hook-line does not fit nearly as seamlessly as Rowland's. The problem is that I frankly just don't give a damn with his interpretation. There is nothing here that screams original because the vocals, melody and lyric are exactly the same. Too bad, because this could have actually been a great song if Kelly wasn't singing on 'Here We Go Again' using the same sample .
